PSSA Term 2

Welcome to the sports blog for 2010!

Our PSSA season will begin next Friday 7th May.

Students and Parents please ensure that permission slips and money have been returned by next Friday. Also, use this weekend to ensure that you have all the appropriate playing gear for the 13 rounds of PSSA.

Training for netball and soccer have begun this week at Holly Street Oval.

AFL students will have a development day next Friday. This will provide students (and Mr Moses) with a chance to become more familiar with the rules before playing a full game.
AFL training will begin in week 3 (7th May) starting at 8:15. Students will be walked back to school at 9:00.

Please check this blog every week before training. At times we will need to cancel due to weather and absence.

Codes of Conduct will be given out today. Students must sign and return them their coaches.

Oz Tag Week 20.11.09

Parents and players,

The weather prediction for tomorrow is for 35-40 degrees.

Please ensure all players have plenty of cold water, hats and sunscreen for their games.

When students are not playing they will be required to sit in the shaded area.

Oz Tag Week 1 Term 4

PSSA Oz Tag will play their first game this week.

The location of the games has been changed to Naremburn Park.

Students will be given their playing shirts on Friday (Shirts are in use for sports photos until then).

A draw has been finialised and will be handed to students this week.

Keep checking this blog throughout the season for updates on training and games.

Dear parents and students,

Just a reminder that PSSA Oz Tag training and games start Week 1 Term 4. Please return permission slips and money to the office asap.

Friday 11th September/ training/ uniforms/ fees

Just a final reminder that PSSA games have finished for Term 3. Therefore there will be no more training on Friday mornings.

It would be appreciated if uniforms could be returned and all outstanding payments be finialised in week 8.

Uniforms can be returned directly to Mr Moses (washed please) and PSSA fees paid to the office.

Selection for Term 4 PSSA Oz tag will be held during lunch in the coming weeks.

There will be no training for AFL or Soccer Friday 4th September. However, students should come to school prepared to play in their PSSA uniform (TBA weather)
